Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operative
Location: Colnbrook
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: Nights 20:00-06:00
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000
The Role:
· Receiving inbound and outbound export and import freight.
· Booking in freight
· Loading and unloading of vehicles using forklift truck
· Sort and split freight as per customer Standard Operating Processes
· Control of all goods received, handled, and despatched throughout the warehouse
· Ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements with special attention to aviation and premises security, health and safety and dangerous goods handling.
· Reporting any operational queries to relevant Supervisor / Manager
· Develop and maintain good, professional working relationships with other departments and external suppliers.
Requirements:
· Must have at least 2 years warehouse cargo handling experience
· Must have Counterbalance FLT license.
· Candidate will require Aviation Security Training cargo operative level as minimum.
· Aviation Security Training - NXCT (X-ray screening) is advantageous
· Must have a clean 5-year checkable history.
