We are working with an established Coach hire company who are looking to recruit a Procurement & Store Co-ordinator.

You will be responsible for receiving, checking and examining the inventory of stock that arrives within the Department ensuring accurate records are kept up to date along with all other administration.
We are looking for an individual with previous Stores experience, or previous mechanic experience as required for the role, who has worked within a similar industry and will be aware of parts required for Coaches etc.

Key Responsibilities:
· To order all parts/stock for the Engineering department and eventually other company requirements (staff uniform) as and when required.
· To follow the purchasing approval process and liaise with the Management Accountant.
· To liaise with suppliers about deliveries and any discrepancies in stock.
· To Keep detailed records of shortages and spares of items.
· To order al the fuel/ad-blue and keep up to date records.
· To complete all administration duties for the Engineering Department.
· To complete any other duties at the discretion of the Engineering Manager.

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Salary up to GBP39K depending on experience.
