We are looking for a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients based in West Drayton.
The ideal candidate will have basic freight forwarding knowledge with experience in warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods receiving, warehousing, distribution, pick-pack, piece picking operations.
- Take part in stock controls and reconcile with data storage system.
- Liaising with warehouse manager & operation team.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Raising files, documents and invoices
Key Skills:
- Proven work experience as a warehouse operator.
- At least 5 years experience of warehouse operation/stock keeping experience.
- Good working knowledge of logistics, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers.
- Must be punctual, quick learner and be willing to learn all areas of the operation.
- Someone who enjoys working in a team and can cooperate well with other team members.
- Forklift license - not essential but better if qualified.
