Job Title - Operations Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location - Luton
Hours - 37.5 per week
Reports To - Station Manager
Key Activities:
Stationary Ordering
Raising Purchase orders
Updating exchange rates
Filing Audit reports
Excel spread sheets
Billing out
Customer and supplier communication
Following Health and safety guidelines
General administration duties
Understanding and using internal systems (Workflow) supplier invoice approvals
MART - intercompany approvals and matching
Specific Technical Requirements:
Excellent Communication both Oral and Written.
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Attention to detail is paramount.
