This vacancy is based near Chesham and we are looking for a candiadte who is looking to get in to the hospitality industry.
Assist and support all aspects of Wedding and Events and the Hospitality area ensuring a friendly, efficient and professional service to all customers and consistently exceed their expectations.
Develop existing processes, procedures and products. Work closely with all departments and act on client feedback to deliver and develop excellent Events service to encourage further business.
Ensure that all information and customer requirements are communicated clearly, efficiently and on time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:
To take phone calls, answering emails, preparing quotations, holding meetings and show rounds
To be very hands on in managing the preparation and running of the weddings and events alongside the Wedding and Events Manager
To understand, acknowledge and fulfil client needs and exceed expectations, ensuring high standards of service at all times
To show loyalty and dedication when managing events, working to business need and appreciating the working hours associated with this
To ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
All service areas are set up to the highest standards.
To co-operate with all catering staff and undertake such duties in the bar / restaurant service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times
To attened training sessions when required.

Able to work flexible shift patterns between 07.00- 23.59 Monday to Sunday (working 5 days out of 7 per week) The role is a flexible business driven role with a busy social calendar
