Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Permanent Role

Working in a small team to provide outstanding customer service as well as processing domestic deliveries for a luxury brand shipping company.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving and processing orders from customers
Effectively liaising with our internal Operations department
Liaising with External Suppliers and customers
Managing a high volume of e-mail through outlook
Physically handling and preparing shipments for dispatch
Providing customer service in person
To actively communicate with customers to ensure they are made aware of any delays or issues with
To cover for team members during absence and encourage team working
Proactively recommend improvements, which contribute to improved customer service and team

Computer literate and proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word)

This role requires references to be provided for the last 5 years as well as a successful DBS check
Hours - 9am- 5:30pm; Monday to Friday
