Courier Customer Service Agent required to join busy courier team within niche market
Ideally suited for someone with Express Courier Customer Service knowledge
You will have worked in a similar role for around 2 years plus and be confident in duties as listed below:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
To receive on-line / phone job orders from clients, and set up the job accordingly
(which includes routing, classifying of service type, packaging requirements, establishing a deadline and printing the job order).
To despatch collection requests Provide Export Instructions to Exports / Service Partner where applicable
To assist in providing clients with continuous notification and follow-up (which includes flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, resolutions, etc).
Works well unsupervised and under pressure
Is confident when dealing with clients
Create a positive work environment
Strong team player
Salary GBP22k-GBP27k (depending on skills & experience)
Hours: 9-6 or 8-5 or similar hours
