Job Description
Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Courier Customer Service Agent with 12 to 18 months experience to join this well established courier agent
The ideal candidate will have a background within the International courier industry and their own transport due to location
Duties :
Online bookings from clients
Speaking to clients and helping with their needs.
Managing the DHL deliveries with updates and problems daily. ( main duty )
Updating PODs and chasing updates
UK overnight collections & Deliveries
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and 10am to 7pm on a weekly rotation
Salary cGBP22k-GBP24k depending on experience
