Import European Road Freight Operator
Role -
Working within a team of 8 people, reporting directly to operations manager.
Handling European groupage services, Central and Western European markets, predominantly import.
Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national.
Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
Holiday cover of colleagues.
Skills required -
Must have a good understanding of European road freight, at least 2 years experience.
Capable of manually calculating costs and charges / revenue manually - a good understanding of taxable kilos is a must.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
