Job Description

Export Customer Service Coordinator -

Duties include:
· Handling high volume of cargo bookings to multiple global destinations via on-line booking system, email & phone
· Building great relationships with the customers
· Ensuring pricing is in place and liaison with our Sales Team as required
· Processing of bookings using our operating system and in accordance with our clients policies & procedure
· Arranging cargo collection and removal / receipt into the appropriate CFS
· Communicate booking confirmations to clients within agreed timeframes
· Ensuring full compliance of appropriate legislation and regulations and that all documentation relevant to the movement of cargo including DG is provided
· Responding promptly to all customer enquiries
· Co-operating with operational staff as necessary
· Resolving any customer service issues

Must have previous freight experience.
