Job description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the one who is in daily contact with our customers. Your tasks will mainly consist of liaising with our operations and give our customers the best service they deserve. Taking bookings and agreeing rates and service levels with our clients. Maintaining relationships with clients and agreeing delivery dates will also be one of your tasks.
Job requirements
Ø You are a flexible, stress resistant, meticulous and an independent worker
Ø You are someone who can work together as part of a team and someone who takes the initiative and makes decisions
Ø Knowledge of transport management systems and Microsoft basics (Excel/Word)
Ø Ability to speak Dutch and English (verbal and writing)
Ø You dont have a 9 to 5 mentality (flexible working hours MO-FR / also part time possible)
Ø Good communication skills
