Export Shipping*Customer Services Coordinator*Manufacturing* is wanted on board! In few words you will be involved with the following;
Processing UK, European and Export Sales Orders
Shipping documentation is issued for each order in line
Planning deliveries
Consolidation of orders
Building and improving relationships with relevant suppliers and hauliers.
Negotiating freight fees and sourcing new suppliers as and when necessary.
Support the Customer Service and Logistics Manager in meeting customer needs and Improving the Customer Experience.
Maintain Stock Management Spreadsheets.
Maintaining Customer Records
Tick list-Requirements;
Previous experience of shipping bulk dangerous goods into Europe and Globally (within a manufacturing desired)
Export Shipping
Commercial Awareness
IATA,IMDG and/or ADR regulations
Strong IT skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Customer services focused
Team player with a positive attitude.
