Job Description
We are working with an established Transport organisation who are looking to recruit and Accounts Assistant.
The post holder should have a basic knowledge of accounting & have worked in an Accounts Dept for at least one year. They will be based at the LHR office . The hours would be 9-5.30
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
· To book Cost of Sales Invoices into Euro admin System
· To prepare purchase invoices for payment runs.
· To be experienced in using excel to at least a basic level. Intermediate level would be an advantage
· Freight Forwarding experience would be an advantage .
· To perform scanning , copying & other routine office duties
· To send copies of invoices & statements to customers as requested.
· Willing to learn different skills and be able to take notes in order to perform the task shown
