What is the role all about?
You will be heavily involved with Freight Customs, from completing entries and associate documents in a timely manner to ensure the smooth movement of consignments through the port environment.
Highlights of the role as follows;
Shipping Documents
Issue of UCNs
Reference Number for Duty Management Systems
Creation of SFDs or Full Customs Entry
SDI Entries
Managing pending clearances are examined, unloading ERTS or ICD
Dealing with queries, Customs post actions
Freight Administration
Supporting the Freight operations team, the best you can!
Requirements:
1-3 min years experience required* Sea Freight Imports*Freight Forwarding*Customs Entries*Customs Clearances*Great computer skills*Ideally previous use of Impatex or similar customs software. A pro-active attitude & flexible to meet the requirements of this business.
