Transport Customer Services & Operations Assistant is available now; our Client attends to compel for the future and needs an exceptional talent to achieve this - which is where you come in!
The purpose of this newly created role is to invite more applicants who wish to carve a career in Logistics, UK & International Shipping.

Working as part of the international customer service team
Responsible for all aspects of customer service function including enquiry
handling/transport order
processing/order following/customer complaints and quality reporting
Will have day-to-day contact with customers from all over Europe
Involved in day-to-ay operational activities
Handling various requests and problem solving
Dealing with additional costs
Involved with vehicle planning, driver communication and issuing driver instructions

Candidate profile/Skills -Requirements:
Previous experience in Transport -Logistics or European Freight Forwarding
Preferably in the intermodal sector-great advantage
Track record of Customer Services
IT Literate
Knowledge of geographical areas
Enthusiastic person with positive team spirit.
Flexible & adaptable
Good communicator* Self-motivated*Team player*Organized
