Customer & supplier liaison.
Ocean Import operations.
Import process of containers/LCL from arrival UK port.
Import customs entries.
Import doucumentation.
Customer Services.
Freight Files/Admin/Billing.
The person:
Previous experience of courier operations
Freight forwarding knowledge
Imports-Exports-UK
Market sector knowledge including supply chain structures, development and requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication & planning skills (all levels)
Hands on approach, keen eye for detail with the ability to multi task
Ability to work effectively as a team and can demonstrate their own initiative
Robust 'can do' attitude and spirit
