Key tasks/Responsibilities as follows;
Verify export/import shipping documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance for the customs entries. Ensure all enquiries and other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently.Administer Standard Operating Procedures as defined by the client and Suppliers in support of the Branch Supervisor. Maintain liaison with the Customer and ensure a high level of customer service interface and achievement of continuous service improvements. Maintain liaison with all Suppliers operational and support departments. Ensure compliance with all pre-requisite legislation.
Requirements;
v Export Logistics knowledge preferred
v Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages
v Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
v Fast and accurate keyboard skills
v Accurate, methodical and with the ability for attention to detail
v Friendly, calm and professional manner
v Ability to handle pressure and good time-management skills
v Enthusiasm and self-motivated
v Ability to interact with client representatives at all levels
v Ability to grasp procedures/processes quickly.
