Customer Service Advisor

Working in the Customer Team for a Courier company

We are based in SE1 - London Bridge being the closest station.

We offer services in Sameday, UK overnight and International

99% of our clients are based in Central London. We deal with Banks, lawyers, advertising companies.

We have 25 full time staff. When fully staffed the CS dept will be 6 people.

Our hours are 0800 - 1900 Mon - Fri - we have some different shifts operating, generally new staff will be on 1000 - 1900

The role will involve :

Working on our in house operational systems. We use Metafour for Intl and UK overnight and DA for Sameday. Taking bookings from clients over the phone or on email. Dealing with delivery issues for clients and the general day to day issues that come in.

Salary 24k - 25k this will depend on person and experience. Ideally would be good to have someone with a bit of courier background but we are willing to teach the person/s
