Job Description

Our client is looking for a full time Administrator to join their busy team.

You will be working for a busy and well established car Garage.

Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 some overtime available on Saturdays

Duties will include but will not be limited to
reception and communication skills including telephone and diary management.
skills - accurate input of information and typing invoices, answering emails etc.

Daily filing of supplier invoices and clearing monthly statements for payment

Maintain parts for return and credit are actioned in a timely manner

Good knowledge of English and numeracy skills

Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge

Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is always maintaned

Willing to take on additional duties as required
