We are working with a large Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation to recruit a new member of staff to join their International Logistics & Supply Chain division as an AIRFREIGHT LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR.A Temp to Perm / Permanent position and able to offer an immediate start, it is paying a salary circa £20,000 - £25,000 + benefits.
The role will be to join an expanding and developing division of a successful organisation working with a large Global Key Account customer, controlling and co-ordinating the International shipments for Import, Export and Cross trade movements of global freight.
Day to day duties of an AIRFREIGHT LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR will include:
The successful candidate is required to have worked in the LOGISTICS, SUPPLY CHAIN or FREIGHT FORWARDING industry. Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills, able work with colleagues and customers across all levels in all global locations, remaining articulate and professional.
Due to the nature of the role, there is an emphasis on reporting of data and completion of delivery and exception reports, inter country communications and management statistical reporting. Along with previous Supply Chain/Logistics experience and/or Seafreight operational abilities all applicants will need to be IT literate with a good level of Microsoft Excel.
FREIGHT/SHIPPING INVOICE ADMINISTRATOR – Immediate Start
£20,000 - £22,000 – Temporary Contract

We are seeking to source a FREIGHT/SHIPPING INVOICE ADMINISTRATOR to work for a Global Freight & Logistics organisation on a Temporary/Ongoing Contract.
We require a candidate to work in a ACCOUNTS/FINANCE ADMINISTRATION role in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain industry. Who processes strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, good understanding of Sales & Purchase ledger, invoice checking, invoice discrepancy/investigating.

We have an opening for an experienced AIRFREIGHT IMPORT candidate who is seeking a role as anew position in a busy and expending department.
The position will be working as part of a small, but growing department and working closely with the Airfreight Manager. Handling all aspects of AIRFREIGHT IMPORT Customer Services, and duties on a day to day basis will include, taking bookings and enquiries, liaising with customers, overseas offices and Airlines, receiving and processing Airfreight documents, preparing Import Customs Clearance instructions and arranging the delivery of Airfreight to its final destination. Resolving any issues that may arise with customer shipments, keeping them updated at all time regarding the status of their freight and responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
The successful candidate for the role of AIRFREIGHT IMPORT CLERK will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of AIRFREIGHT IMPORTS possess excellent communication skills and be a team player. We are eager to recruit a hard working and experienced AIRFREIGHT EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATOR to join a busy and expanding Airfreight department for a well known Freight Forwarding organisation in the Birmingham area.
The role of AIRFREIGHT EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATOR will be to handle Airfreight shipments, and managing customers and Key Account. Handling all aspects of AIRFREIGHT EXPORT customer service and interaction, taking enquiries and ,making bookings, liaising with Airlines, carriers, internal and external customers, overseas agents and offices etc, obtaining rates and preparing costing and keeping customers updated with relevant and accurate information relating to their Airfreight shipments at all times.
The role requires an outgoing, confident and personable Airfreight Export Operator who is able to work well as part of a team and offer their own initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
IMPORT FREIGHT FORWARDER – Airfreight and/or Seafreight
£22,000 to £26,000 Depending on experience
Imports – Freight Forwarding Airfreight and/or Seafreight
We are eager to recruit an experience IMPORT FREIGHT FORWARDING OPERATOR to work for a well respected and popular Freight Forwarder. The role is to handle Airfreight and/or Seafreight Import operations.
Offering a salary of £22,000 to £26,000 depending on Import freight forwarding experience. Based in the BHX/NEC/BBP area of Birmingham.
The role responsibilities will include handling IMPORT FREIGHT FORWARDING SHIPMENTS from start to finish for Airfreight and/or Seafreight, taking enquiries and making bookings with airlines/shipping line and hauliers, processing shipping documentation, preparing and processing HM Customs Clearances, arranging the delivery of freight to its final destination, resolving any customer service issues that may arise etc.
The successful candidate is required to have gained Freight Forwarding experience of working in operation handling Airfreight & Oceanfreight Import freight shipments.
Additional qualities required for this role, a good team player who has strong communication skills and ability to be flexible in their approach to work.

Up to 13 hour days Monday to Friday and weekend work available
Day Shift from £13.00 p/h

Experience / Qualifications:
• Full HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E licence
• Driver Qualification Card-CPC
• No more than 6 points on your licence (No DR, DD, MS, MW, LC, TT99)
