Duties
Weekly payroll of the drivers - collating timesheets, inputting data onto spreadsheet and receiving invoices
Registering candidates that walk in
Sourcing candidates via online job boards
Writing/advertising vacancies and managing job boards
Formatting candidates CVs into correct standard
Answering the phone and greeting candidates
Managing all records and inputting them on database ensuring they remain compliant at all times

Responsibilities
Overseeing the buildup of courier traffic in readiness to dispatch to aircraft
Transfer data from paper formats into airline systems
Alerting the Airlines of final load information
Liaising with both Customers and Airlines in terms of space and allocations
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Taking in deliveries for our express Products
Sort, scan and organise paperwork after entering data to ensure it is no items are missing
Assisting within our warehouse operations.
Requirements
Knowledge of the Airline Cargo industry preferable but not essential
Experience as data entry clerk within the airline industry, preferred but not essential
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Good command of English both oral and written and outstanding customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to communicate with others
Five years traceable employment & education history
Provision of a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Form to confirm suitability to work within a Secure Building Facility

This small-medium sized Freight Forwarding company located very close to London Heathrow are now looking to add an additional Export Clerk to their team of operators.
The ideal candidate will have good experience with end to end Air Exports for a Freight Forwarding company, and have completed the full process including Export customs clearance.
