This company is looking for an individual with high call volume/call centre experience.

Duties to include:
Answering high volume incoming calls and dealing with customer queries
Providing advice and guidance on shipping regulations and restrictions
Tracking and monitoring shipments in transit
Assisting customers with booking their shipments online
Dealing with transit issues and delay, including failed collections
Resolving delivery issues on our customers behalf
Liaising with Customs Authorities in other countries when needed
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Dealing with customer complaints, and resolving them over the phone

Applicant criteria:
A minimum typing speed of 45 wpm is required
Experience of working with office programs such as Outlook and Word, is essential.
Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
Goods levels of diplomacy, when dealing with customer queries, are essential.
Ability to multi-task is a must, as is the ability to think on your feet.
3 years customer services experience in the express courier industry is preferred, but not essential.
Call centre experience will be an advantage.
Experience of dealing with consumer complaints is desirable

Senior Export Clerk

Our client are now looking to add a new member to their Export team. This is an exciting and challenging position in niche Freight Forwarding.

Successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years experience with Airfreight Exports, Seafreight experience would also be beneficial however not a necessity.

Duties will include but not limited too;

Accepting new Export bookings
Booking space with airlines
Arranging haulage
Creating Export documentation (HAWB/MAWB etc)
Export customs entries
Pre-alerting overseas agents
File billing
General customer service, providing shipment updates etc

Occasional monitoring of shipments out of hours is required

Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 plus 1 Saturday in 12 between 09:00 and 12:00 - Saturday roster is not paid as overtime as it is included in the salary.
