- Our client close to Heathrow is looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Clerk
The role includes the following:
Manage Enquiries: Be the helpful voice of our brand, handling client queries via phone and email.
Track & Coordinate: Work closely with our portfolio of international agents and our LHR warehouse team to ensure shipments reach their destination on time.
Solve Problems: Proactively resolve delivery issues to keep our customers informed and happy.
Build Business: If youre interested in progression into Sales & Business Development - with no pressure or targets! - then wed love to talk.

Experience required:
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Previous experience in logistics and a great attitude are both essential!
A desire to put a toe in the water (without targets or pressure!) of Sales & Business Development is a definite plus.

Salary up to GBP30K depending on experience plus commission
