Pricing/Commercial Executive

Description: Pricing/Commerical Executive to join this fun, professional freight agent locally based to Sunbury

Previous experience within a Pricing role is required

This role will be quoting our UK clients as well as our overseas offices and agents. You will at the same time be working closely with our sales team to win new business to the satisfaction of clients and the profit of the company.

Key points of the job to include: Full training given in all areas

Collect pricing from suppliers for transport of cargo, confirm availability of equipment and agree prices where no tariff exists, to maximise cost effectiveness

Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other offices, as required by operational procedures

Personal Specifications:

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Well organised and creative who has a positive enthusiasm and pragmatic approach

·Detail oriented with strong planning, organisational and analytical skills

·A motivated self-starter with a strong drive to support the company in its growth initiatives

·Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

·Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
