Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Air, Sea Operator working for a medium size forwarder based in Hull, post code HU1



The role will provide excellent customer service experience to all customers including providing services of clearances, quotes, arranging shipments/deliveries, invoicing.



Role Involves:

·Completion of end-to-end Air, Sea forwarding activities.

·Follow time sensitive SOPs/KPIs to ensure compliance.

·Work closely with internal and external customers.

·Focus on Customer Service.

·Knowledge of Cargo Wise and MS office.

·Ensure invoicing, job costing, are updated.

·Month end department compliance.

·Customs entries

·Cost Control.

·Resolve queries from customers and suppliers.

·Maintain contact with customers to update them.



Previous experience on above is required for the role.

Monday to Friday.

Salary depends on experience.
