Description
New opportunity for a Transcon Agent to join a top Freight Forwarding company



Ideal applicant will have previous experience within Roadfreight or Logistics including cross-trade



Must be confident in day to day duties as per below:



Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system

Track and trace files and reporting

Use export workflow on daily basis

Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing

Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable

Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service standards



Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours:



Basic knowledge for compliance

Global Logistics industry knowledge

Hazardous materials certification (preferred)

Good computer skills (Excel, Word)

Fluent in English

Positive and willing to help attitude



Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30



Salary depending on experience
