Import/Export Coordinator

Description: We have an establish forwarder looking for Senior Import / Export Operator with DG knowledge:

Key Responsibilities

·Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries

·Preparing accurate job quotations

·Processing operational Export and Import shipments

·Liaising with carriers, contractors, and internal teams

·Costing jobs and invoicing

·Occasionally assisting with warehouse duties if required

·Managing your own desk efficiently and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

·Previous experience in Export, Import, Air, Road & Ocean and Customs operations is essential

·Prior experience working with Dangerous Goods and/or Restricted/Defence Goods is preferred

·Strong organisational and communication skills

·Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team

·IT literate

·

Working Hours

·Monday to Friday

·09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Salary & Benefits

·3-month probation period

·20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
