This Freight agent is currently looking to add an Export Consol Agent to join a their busy department
The position will be in the NVOCC division.
Day to day tasks will include:
· Taking bookings for both LCL / FCL
· Quotations - LCL / FCL / Break bulk / RO -RO
· Customs Entries
· Arranging Haulage / Collections
· Planning weekly groupage loads
· Raising documentation and sending Pre Alerts - Bills of Lading and Invoicing *
· Depot transfers
Experience of the below is preferred:
· INTTRA - Submitting Shipping Instructions
· CDS - Submitting Customs Entries
· CNS / DESTIN8 - Submitting VGM, assigning UCRs, Closing MUCRs
· Submitting SARS documents to South African Agents
· ICS2
Monday to Friday 08:45-5:00pm
