We are working with an established Forwarder on the below role:



Job role

Airfreight Sales Support job involves assisting the sales team by providing quotes, managing customers freight quote inquiries via BDMs , coordinating with operations, and supporting administrative tasks to help secure and manage client business for shipments via air, sea, . Key responsibilities include processing customer requests, maintaining CRM records, liaising with overseas partners, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless shipping solutions.



Key Responsibilities

·Customer Support:

Serve as a point of contact for BDMs new and existing customers, answering questions via email, phone, and live chat.

·Quote Preparation:

Process and prepare Air freight quotes for the sales team and clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

·Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties such as data entry, CRM management, and maintaining a shared mailbox.

·Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with sales executives and operational teams to ensure clients' needs are met and commitments are fulfilled.

·Coordination:

Liaise with overseas freight forwarding partners and internal departments to develop and execute tailored shipping solutions.

·Information Gathering:

Research and provide market data, monitor shipment tracking, and stay updated on customs requirements and international trade regulations.

Required Skills

·Customer Service:

A strong ability to provide excellent customer service and build internal and external relationships.

·Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

·Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently.

·Freight Forwarding Knowledge:

Basic understanding of air freight forwarding processes.

·CRM Proficiency:

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is often a requirement.

·Problem-Solving:

The ability to resolve issues and coordinate with different departments to find effective solutions for clients.



Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000



Hours: 09:00am - 17:30pm
