Description
Our Client close to Heathrow is looking for an experienced Air Export Operations Assistant

Purpose of role

To work as part of a team in the Operations Department. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business.

The role is 95% Air Exports will train on Imports and Cross Trade.



Responsibilities

Dealing with inbound call enquiries

AWB completion

Customs Entries

Arranging Courier and Airfreight Shipments.

Import/ Crosstrade experience. advantage

Keeping Box top and systems up to date with latest information

Problem Solving

Liaising with our Handling Agent

Ensuring cargo is labelled and processed



Previous AIr Export experience,

Ideally Driver due to location.



Monday to Friday

08.00 - 16.30 & 10.00 - 18.30 to be discussed on interview

Also 1 in 5 Saturdays paid O/T
