Description
Export Air Clerk required to work within this small agent locally based near Staines



Daily duties:



Cutting AWBs.

Customs entries (Sequoia).

Dealing with customers.

Liaising with Warehouse Staff to ensure shipments are processed correctly.

Preparing flight manifests/folders ready for Exports.

Liaising with airlines to book space for airfreight (if required).

Monitoring delivery status and tracking movements of shipments.

Pre-alerting flights / Post flights.



Hours: M-FRotating shifts (7am-4pm, 9am-6pm & 10am-7pm)



1 weekend every 4 weeks (4 hours or until finished).



Key Skills



Previous Export Air experience.

Eye for detail

Polite phone manner.

Trustworthy.

Able to work independently.

Must be PC literate and proficient in Word & Teams with good Excel skills

5 year background check + Criminal record check required.

Training to Cargo Operative (CO) level will be provided.

Must have Driving Licence and Own Transport due to Location (no easy access to public

transport).



Salary on offer: GBP30k - GBP35k Plus staff benefits including uniform
