We are recruiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS to work for an automotive company and the position is based at Birmingham Business Park (B37).

 

Joining a Customer Service team, the position duties will include:

 

  • Arranging the repair of vehicles with 3rd parties.
  • Arranging vehicle rentals.
  • Managing rentals and booking repairs, online, using portals and over the phone.
  • Delivery and collection of rental cars.
  • Taking online payments from customers.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Updating systems with relevant information.
  • Answering any queries and enquiries.

 

The role requires a candidate who is seeking a permanent position, possesses excellent communication and customer service skills, is comfortable speaking with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email, and is proactive in their approach.

 

Previous experience of working in the car rental or automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.

 

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30-4.30pm/9.30-5.30pm rotating with 2 x Saturday a month paid at time and a half 9am -12.00 noon.
