Ocean Import Assistant
General import Administration,
update consignment tracking documents.
check on client deliveries (running on time)
email invoices to clients containing back-up documents.
load basic consignment details to our operating system.
answer incoming calls,
booking vehicles with subcontractors in accordance with requirement
complete required consignment documentation.
assist with file charging
assisting colleagues during staff absences/ holidays including imports
must have excellent communication skills written and interpersonal skills,
must have can do attitude,
good Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
strong organisational skills,
self-motivated.
strong team ethic.
someone who wants to become a part of a good team,
must have at least 2 years freight forwarding experience to apply for this job.
