Job Description

We are working with a large freight forwarder who are currently recruiting for an Air Import Customer Service Coordinator

2-3 years experience within Imports, good customer service and heavily involved with speaking to customers, building relationships, confirming delivery/vehicle requirements, dealing with queries, customer requests, complaints. collecting VAT and duty payments. good IT skills required.

On a day to day basis you will be required to provide spot quotations and up and cross sell Good knowledge of Imports customs clearances essential (CDS, IPR, Temporary Imports, Home Use, CVED).

Salary depends on experience.

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
