Description
Be part of the most International Company in the world! Great career opportunity for the ones who are passionate in customer services. TTP contract. Monday to Friday. Start time 10:00am with finishing time 19:00hrs and 1/2 hour lunch. Perks available.



Responsible for ensuring that the day to day Customer activities are completed. First point of contact at the Logistics Service Centre for frontline queries. Ensuring that all internal and external visitors to the station are handled in the appropriate manner. Always operate in a customer focused manner,ensuring that the standards of the company are upheld. This role is diverse requiring a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem- solving skills. You must be an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to build up effective relationships in order to deliver great service quality and enhance their customer experience. You remain calm under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve any problems which may arise.
