Description
We are working with a small freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Courier/Customer Service Agent.



Role Involves;

·Liaising with customers, couriers, and warehouse team via telephone and email

·Resolve customer queries

·Provide quotes to customers

·Arranging courier / express shipments domestically and internationally

·Preparing documentation and labels

·Updating customers

·Stock control and data entry

·Update POD's

·Invoicing & Filing



Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.



Salary is GBP25K-GBP28K depending on experience
