Our client is innovative, nimble and fast-moving, and theyre looking for a proactive, razor-sharp Operations Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operation.
Your goal is clear: lead and motivate your operational teams, drive exceptional operational quality, and ensure every customer delivery is safe, accurate and fully compliant.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, accountability and getting results.
What Youll Own
Warehouse Operations
Youll take control of the daily operation, ensuring every customer shipment is processed accurately, efficiently and within tight SLAs. Youll monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks and make sure priorities are delivered.
Relentless Operational Drive
Youll allocate labour intelligently, balancing resources against changing priorities and responding instantly when operational demands shift. Youll keep the operation moving and ensure your team delivers against expectations.
Unyielding Compliance
Compliance is non-negotiable. Youll interpret and execute complex procedures accurately, ensuring the operation maintains 100% compliance across HMRC Customs, Security, GDPR and Dangerous Goods requirements.
Elite Team Leadership
Youll command respect on the warehouse floor by leading from the front. From daily shift briefings and performance management to timekeeping, coaching and mentoring, youll create a team that knows whats expected and delivers it.
Decisive Safety Management
Youll champion an uncompromising but positive safety culture. This means carrying out regular inspections, responding immediately to incidents, maintaining excellent housekeeping and ensuring safe working practices are followed every day.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on leadership position working a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern.
