Description: A well-established, medium-sized freight forwarding company based near Heathrow is currently seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Clerk to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within Airfreight Exports and be confident managing shipments from initial booking through to final departure.

You will also be expected to provide a consistently high level of customer service and have good working knowledge of Customs

Will also look at candidates with less experience-salary will reflect

Key Responsibilities

·Processing and managing new export bookings

·Booking cargo space with airlines

·Arranging collections and haulage

·Preparing export documentation, including HAWB and MAWB

·Completing export customs entries

·Preparing and sending pre-alerts to overseas agents

·Completing file billing accurately

·Keeping customers regularly updated on shipment progress

·Responding to customer service queries

·Liaising with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents and customers

·Ensuring all shipments are handled accurately, efficiently and within required deadlines

Salary: cGBP36,000-GBP40,000k

Monday to Friday 9-5.30
