Description
We are working with a medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Gateway Coordinator.

Working with the Gateway team, as Gateway Coordinator for Air Exports so our client is looking for air exports or air export gateway/consol experience as required for the role.

Role Involves/ experience

·Liaising with branch offices.

·Air Export or air gateway/consol experience

·Resolving issues.

·Airline Bookings.

·Completing AWBs and customs entries.

·Good Customs knowledge.

·Experience of working within Consols an advantage.

·Previous experience of working with a Freight Forwarder required for the role.

·Experience of Airline transport advantage.

·Good IT skills including Excel.

·Good customer service with clients and internal staff.

·Experience of HMRC/IATA and CAA regulations.



Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm however once trained will be required to cover 1-3 weeks Saturday shift.

Salary depends on experience.
