Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator,



Our client will look at experience or Trainee looking to start within Freight Forwarding.



The role involves requesting, analyse, collate and pitch the best Import/Export/cross-trading pricing to clients and agents covering 3 major modes of transport. Dealing with spot rates and tenders.



Role Involves:

·Engaging, via email and telephone with airlines, shipping line, hauliers and overseas agents- requesting and negotiating on Pricing.

·Engaging via email and telephone, with client -pitching and persuading the client to book.

·Corresponding with operations.

·Analysing a wide range of pricing and services.

·Chasing for feedback and annotating the system accordingly to ensure maximum conversion %

·Ensuring the quotes are properly handed over to operations after a booking.

·Ensuring that all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded and added to system.

·Submit rates sheets to regular customers and manage tenders.



Experience.

·Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

·Any Pricing experience within the freight industry.

·Good Negotiation and persuasion skills.

·Good speed of work whilst maintaining accuracy.

·Good customer service skills.



Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
