We are working with an established Freight Forwarder, near Heathrow, who are looking to recruit an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience
Role includes:
· Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner.
· Interact with UK customer & overseas offices to arrange all shipments.
· Ensuring ATOL is updated in line with the internal KPIs
· Processing shipments in company system.
· Post Flights / Event Control
· Job File Invoicing
· Cost Control
Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly both from external internal customers and suppliers. Ensure customer invoices are completed in a timely manner.
Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary up to GBP32K depending on experience
