Air Import Clerk with knowledge of Road Freight

We are working with a medium size Freight Forwarder based near Staines, who are looking to recruit an Air Import Clerk.
1 Year + Air Import experience, along with some Road experience. The role is dealing with specific account and supporting the Team as and when needed.
Role Involves.
· Seeing Air Import shipments from arrival to delivery, including invoicing.
· Import of road freight consignments on the GVMS system.
· Import of specific diversion entry from bonded warehouse and other procedures (training will be given)
· Good Communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience:
· Good working knowledge of Import rules and regulations
· Knowledge of Import procedures and the CPC that have been changed after the introduction of the CDS system for custom entries.
· Good all-round Import knowledge on procedures.
· Good interaction with colleagues.
Monday to Friday.
