First Choice Staff are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Customer Service experience join our client's small team in Harmondsworth.

Working on a rotating shift basis with an hour for lunch (8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 9am - 6pm office-based job).

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be expected to provide best in class customer service to our customers across a variety of sectors.

Your role will include:
· Responding to emails from our agents and customers
· Taking phone calls and building rapport with customers
· Data entry and shipment updates
· Tracking shipments all over the world
· Booking third party carrier collections
· Assisting the sales team with quotes

The successful candidate will be welcomed into a tight-knit and friendly team where hard-work and completing tasks to the best of your ability is valued above all.

Salary: GBP23,000.00-GBP25,000.00 per year
