We are working with an established busy Freight Forwarder based near Staines. Due to Location Car Driver required.
Our client is looking for an experienced Part Time Telesales Executive - Working 15 Hours a week, days, and hours to suit the individual. Office based.
Role Involves:
· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
· Answer Questions about products or the Company.
· Questioning customers to understand the customer requirements and close the sale.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
· Enter and update customer information in the database.
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
· Go the Extra Mile to meet sales Quota and facilitate future sales.
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Experience needed:
· Proven experience as telesales representative or within a sales role.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
· Ability to learn about the products and services and describe/ explain them to prospect clients.
· Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, and able to handle rejection.
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
* Industry experience advantage.
Salary based on experience.
