Our client is looking for a Spa Therapist to join their 5 star hotel.

What you'll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of treatments within the spa, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
Youll also provide all guests with Home Care advice with a focus on product recommendation, giving you the responsibility to upsell our luxury products, generating retail revenue
You will assist the rest of the team with daily tasks, such as supporting on reception
· To have impeccable personal presentation at all times, highly groomed, polished appearance. Uniform, accessories, hair, make up (compulsory) in line with Spa standards.
· Greet all guests by name, carry out consultation, discuss medical issues and guest priorities and expectations of the treatment.
· Respect guests privacy and confidentiality at all times.

You have a talent for providing a relaxation experience for all guests
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
You will have organisation and time management skills to arrange your daily task
